It is critical to the advancement of GIS and government to have a diverse set of technologists, leaders, and communicators that reflect the diversity of the populations we serve. This session will present perspectives of professionals in the GIS community on challenges and solutions for creating more equitable and inclusive organizations, with a focus on intersectional gender equity. Conference attendees of all backgrounds are welcome and highly encouraged to attend.
