Looking for ways to strengthen your communication skills and build confidence? Then this 3-hour workshop is for you! In this workshop you will learn how to understand yourself and those you interact with.

You will learn temperament styles and strategies for interpersonal effectiveness. By attending this workshop, you'll take away skills that allow you to:

Understand the strengths and weaknesses of your temperament
Recognize different temperament styles and how to interact with them
Identify and apply strategies to improve your interactions with others

About your instructor:

Laura Royal, an educational consultant, trainer and coach, takes a “best in class” approach to training. She draws from many years of experience in designing and delivering powerful, dynamic, learner-based training within corporate, non-profit, educational, and government environments. Her areas of expertise include leadership, performance management, and team dynamics.

*Arizona does not observe Daylight Saving Time and remains on Mountain Standard Time (MST) year round. Arizona time (MST) will be the same as Pacific Daylight Time from March 12-Nov 5, 2023.
