Chapter Leads: Past, Present, and Future

If you are or have been a WiGIS Chapter lead, we'd like your input! Please join us for a meeting to discuss:

  1. how WiGIS as an organization can provide support to your work as a chapter
  2. what has (or has not) worked for your chapter this year (or in the past) in regards to:
    • Hosting meetings or events
    • Gaining Chapter members
If you have not participated as a lead this past year but would still be interested; how can we support you in bringing Women in GIS to your area?

A separate meeting will be scheduled to discuss upcoming changes to the current chapter guidelines.

2024 Daylight Saving in the U.S. runs from March 10 through November 3, 2024.
The following areas do not observe Daylight Saving and remain in Standard time year-round: Arizona (except the Navajo Nation), Hawaii,
American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands.
